A couple reminders. Students in grades 7-12 must have a Sports Physical on file prior to participation (including practice) in a sport. Due to a by-law change, physicals are now valid for 2 years from date of issue. Incoming seventh graders planning to play basketball will need a sports physical on file before participation is allowed. Direct further questions to Athletic Director Kathy Scott. Secondly, a reminder that school beginning time will be 8:00 am this year. Enjoy the remainder of your summer.

A driver's education course is being offered this summer to any student who is 15 or who will turn 15 by May 31. The course will consist of classroom instruction AND behind-the-wheel instruction. If you have a soon-to-be driver in your home,or know of someone who does, this course would be a great way to get them ready for driving--AND quite possibly save money on insurance--many insurance companies offer a discount to students who have taken a driver's education course.
If interested, pick up a registration form outside the high school office.

The Fair Play High School student council will be sponsoring a blood drive from 11 to 4 on Friday May 10th in the multipurpose gym.
